Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date. For hassle-free returns within the United States, we provide a prepaid return label. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@thehydrobuddy.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receiving it. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may request a video or photo detailing the problem to expedite the process.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

If you purchased return shipping at checkout, it will be covered by HydroBuddy. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
