One-Year Limited Warranty

HydroBuddy warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the battery, hydrogen production, and any leakage from the device.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations or modifications to the product.
• Accidents or acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, water damage, storms, or earthquakes.
• Loss or theft of the product.
• Unauthorized service or repair of the product.
• Usage of the product in a manner contrary to its intended purpose or the instructions provided by HydroBuddy.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must send the product, shipping prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection, to the address specified by HydroBuddy. Include the following with your shipment:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Proof of the original purchase date (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Disclaimer of Warranty

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, HYDROBUDDY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE, APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT.

Limitation of Liability

HYDROBUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, ITS ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION, OR ITS SOFTWARE.

Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
