I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow our team 1–2 business days to process and package your order before delivering it to our shipping carrier. Note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. International orders are shipped with carriers determined by the fulfillment center from which your order is dispatched.

Please note that if your order includes multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. In cases where a product is out of stock at a North American distribution center, we may fulfill your order from our European or Asian distribution centers to avoid delays.
External factors, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or global disruptions, may cause shipping delays. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to these uncontrollable circumstances.
HOW TO GET TRACKING INFO?
We provide tracking numbers for every order. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive tracking information. Note that individual products in your order may ship from different fulfillment centers, resulting in separate tracking numbers.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment. If you need to cancel, email us at sales@thehydrobuddy.com with the subject line “Please cancel my order” and include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY
If you entered your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Please notify us immediately (within 12 hours of placing your order) to ensure the correction is made before shipment.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
While we package every order with care to prevent damage, we understand that occasional issues may arise due to carrier mishandling.
